[13] It’s my birthday and I write if I want to

Hi all!

I thought it would be nice for my Birthday to do something different for once, instead of just posting book reviews, maybe a little something about my bookish habits or just those reading questions we’ve all wondered about.
So let’s go!

1. Favourite childhood book:

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

2. What are you reading right now?

The Bride Test by Helen Hoang

3.Bookmarks or a Random Piece of Paper?

Random piece of paper, I got gifted recently some really nice bookmarks and I haven’t even used one because they’re too cute.

4. Bad book habit:

Putting of reading the last book in a series because I don’t want to have to accept the series ended.

5. What’s your policy on book lending?

Depends on the person, I don’t mind lending books but also I wouldn’t lend books to people who aren’t friends of mine, I want to know I’ll get the book back.

6. Do you have an e-reader?

Yup, well I have an Ipad which I use the amazon kindle app

7. Do you prefer to read one book at a time, or several at once?

One book at a time although there are times if I’m travelling I might not be able to take a paperback with me so I’ll have to start an e-book.

8. Have your reading habits changed since starting a blog?

Not really, although I do find myself writing thoughts while I go and before I usually didn’t consider doing that.

9. How do you feel about giving bad/negative reviews?

I’m generally okay with it, I don’t think I can ever be malicious or mean about a book even I was almost near DNF’ing it because I think maybe it isn’t my thing but it’s someone elses. This is just my subjective opinion.

10. How often do you read out of your comfort zone?

The only thing out of my comfort zone are horror novels and I do 100% avoid those so maybe never?

I might do more of these, maybe make it into a series of ‘bookish questions’ 🙂 but for now it’s been fun. I’ll be back soon with more reviews from Netgalley ARCs I’ve read and recently published novels.
